These tiny Size 14 black swivels are manufactured to be extra strong. Main applications include tying 360 degree pop-up rigs, combi links, etc. Large swivels are perfect for most specimen angling but there are many disciplines that require a much smaller swivel that offers improved finesse when floater fishing for Carp or angling with delicate presentations for species such as Tench, Bream, Grayling and Roach. Another popular use has been to use these Micro Swivels to attach the hook section to the boom on hinged stiff pop-up rigs, or more recently to mount hook baits onto hooks instead of the usual round Rig Ring.
