Yes, you can return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We’ll refund your credit card, debit card or PayPal account once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
When applying for a refund, you’ll need to cite your return authorisation number. You can obtain your return authorisation numbers by emailing us at returns@SimplyFishingTackle.co.uk. In your email, you’ll need to include your reason for returning the item and your original invoice number.
When you return your item, please include the invoice and packing slip in the package. We ask that you wrap the package securely. You’re welcome to use the packaging that the item arrived if it is still fit for transit.

You can buy gift vouchers in the online store as you would any other item. Once purchased, the gift voucher will be delivered to the email address you’ve chosen, where it can be redeemed simply by clicking the link included. The recipient of the gift voucher will then have their account credited with the amount, to spend however they choose in the Simply Fishing Tackle store.

We only charge what our suppliers charge us for delivery, whether that’s Royal Mail, UPS, UK Mail or Hermes. We sometimes subsidise the delivery cost when we feel it is too expensive to pass on the full charge to you the customer.
However, we do provide free delivery on any orders that are over £50.
Yes — we ship all over the world. If you’re based outside the UK, you’ll be glad to know that requesting overseas shipping is easy. Once you’ve registered and added your items to your shopping cart, just go to the checkout area and you’ll get a delivery price automatically calculated based on your details.
Overseas delivery of long items such as poles and rods can be quite expensive, but don’t worry — we’ll shop around to get you the best deal.

Our cut-off time for delivery is 3 pm, Monday to Friday. This cut-off time ensures that we get all orders out for delivery in a timely fashion. Orders placed prior to 3 pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Any orders processed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Yes, you are welcome to order online and then collect from us. All you need to do is select ‘Click and Collect’ as your shipping method during Step 1 of the checkout process.
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll notify you via email as soon as it’s ready for collection. We’ll arrange a collection time that suits you.

If a product page declares that the item is in stock, you can be certain that it is.
Though incredibly unlikely, it is possible that a purchased items may go out of stock before we can deliver it to you. This is because perishable stock expires and an item goes missing. In the rare event that your item goes out of stock after you’ve purchased it, we will contact you to arrange a suitable option for replacement.
A special order is a one-off order we make on your behalf for items we don’t normally stock.
Some brands like Maver supply spare parts for their range of poles for several years after the initial production. This would be considered a special order because we may need to get parts re-made for you.
If that is the case, the part will be put on special order from their factory in Italy. It could take 6-8 weeks to be supplied. We will always contact you to give you all the information you need and provide you with other options if applicable.
The delivery time of pole sections to our shop depends on the supplier. Maver, MAP and Leeda usually deliver to us the next day. However, it takes longer to have pole sections delivered from suppliers based outside of the UK, such as Browning.
If there’s ever a problem with the supply of the pole section you need, we’ll get in touch with you to advise you as soon as possible.
